"The staff are always pleasant and efficient. The rooms are always clean and maintained. This is my favorite place to stay when I am in Calgary. I always opt for the summit or element floor, as I like the access to the lounge :) "

"The breakfast wasn’t the greatest… I had the jacuzzi room, it was great! The bed is so comfy, the duvet and sheets are comforting and soft, pillows are immaculate and SOOO comfy lol. The staff is amazing as well. "

"The staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and polite. I needed an early check-in and my room was ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and had a great view. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and moisturizer smelled amazing and they give you a little aroma therapy roll-on that smells wonderful and helps with sleep. You can order room service from the app, it was delicious and not inexpensive, but worth the price point. The hotel is perfectly located with on-site parking as well as affordable parking next to the hotel. The gym, pool, and sauna were all beautiful and well stocked. I enjoyed my stay and will be booking again the next time I visit. "
