Really nice place and very clean would definitely stay again. Would have been 5 stars but no AC was a letdown for us as the apartment got extremely hot. Glad we didn't stay in July! Great location close to lots of amenities.

The place was lovely, but they open the door/ lock at the end remotely. When we arrived we had to wait 10+ minutes to be let in and when trying to check out over 30 minutes before we got a reply that they were locking the door. Only apology was that they were busier than normal at that time.

Very loud apartment above with poor sound proofing barking dogs. Noise passed midnight. Had to check out via email 3 hours ahead very odd to leave the door open. Damage to couch. On top of that there’s a glowing painting in the bedroom. Again very strange bedroom is bright even at night

GLOBALSTAY was not helpful when I reached out to them about the noise in the apartment above me. Constant banging and dog barking often. They were smokers and it came into my suite. Cigarette butts on my balcony area and I had my dogs with me. So that was not pleasant. Someone was smoking on my balcony area when I was away. There was a cigarette butted out on the ledge by my door. Carpet was in need of cleaning in the living room area. Overall, not the relaxing experience that I was hoping for when I booked this. I could not go to bed early because of the noise above me. I would not book this if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

Great Place

Great little condo, very clean and well furnished. The only issue is the size of the parking stall. It is extremely tight with a a large vehicle. Lots of parking within a quick walk though.

It is EXTREMELY rare I write stuff like this but I am so beyond unimpressed with my stay at a Globalstay Inc property in Calgary, AB. The list of things include: - couch was broken and so small me and Ryan could not fit. - no access or help to sort the extreme heat with no AC in the unit. We’re told to just turn on the bathroom fan to help in 26 degree weather 🙄 - They mention any noise past 10pm we will be charged yet the above peoples little dog barked PROFUSELY through the night AND anytime we arrived or did anything. - The add states a patio is available which it was not. It was a small basement suit with no outside area at all to access besides the cement slab at the door. The place was so awful we decided to drive home a day early as we knew we would sleep better on the road then with the dog barking in the yard at our bedroom window again. BUT to make matters even worse… it’s now been a week we’ve been home since leaving and they are trying to charge for a kettle (of which we NEVER used) that is no longer working. I have done SOOOOO much traveling in my life and booked all our stays. I’ve NEVER been so poorly treated and lied to by a company. Save yourselves the money and headache dealing with this company. The one time I tried a company and I’m never going to again!

They required a deposit to stay (email said $200 without pets, returned in 7 days). They charged me $500 and I have yet to get it back. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company and get a resolution but they have yet to refund my deposit. I checked out a day early even. I would not recommend this company. Place was ok.

Le plus problématique à était la communication avec l'hébergeur avant le séjour. Les informations nécessaires à l'enregistrement ont été communiquées uniquement deux jours avant notre arrivée. Il est aussi pratiquement impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone et les échanges par mail ont été très lents. Donc si vous avez des questions essayer de mettre un maximum d'éléments dans votre mail. Aussi, le règlement de la caution se fait via PayPal. Concernant: Le logement rien à dire ce dernier était propre moderne, toutes équipées et en très bon état parfait pour un séjour de dix jours.
