The thermastat in the house was locked out at 17 degrees in minus 25 degrees outside. One pan and plastic cutlery. This host shouldn't be allowed to rent. Host completely unaware of their downfalls. VRBO personnel had no understanding of our situation and couldn’t give proper advice. Sorry I feel cheated after hours of explaining the situation on the phone. I have a good mind to alert the media.
