"When booking on hotels.com it says there is a pool and hot tub(spa) but the pool and hot tub are inoperable from the last hurricane. The rooms all appear to be ocean view and they’re not. The hotel did end up moving us after the first day to an oven front since that’s what we were under the impression we were booking but the lack of pool was disappointing. The ocean view rooms are 10x better so I highly recommend that but overall it was a nice place and I’d stay again"

"This property had not a single plug in the bathroom and we had to unplug other items throughout the place to have an outlet. We went out and purchased powerstrips and extension cords. Other than that clean and good communication."

"I rented through Travelocity and got a confirmation. I did not know that Travelocity will send my request to VRBO. I expected a hotel (Resort) and got a rental apartment. Travelocity advertised it with a balcony facing the beach. (NOT WHAT I GOT). The apartment was clean but everything in the building was closed or condemned. We had to walk all around the building to go and return from the beach. The advertisement showed a pool, restaurant, bar, etc. everything was closed. By far, the worst...

"We had a wonderful stay at a clean roomy condo on the beach. Everything we needed was there. The condo was exactly as he described. Mr Mitchell, the owner was kind and informative and was on hand for when we locked ourselves out. We appreciated that he was available by phone to help us right away. I would definitely rent from Mitchell Properties again. I felt trust and relaxed. And it was beautiful!"

"In need of serious updates throughout interior rooms and exterior. Could be a gem with some fresh updated paint, new light fixtures and appliances. Seawall reconstruction incomplete. Ongoing noise M-F from construction equipment. No direct beach access. New manager John very friendly and accommodating. "
