"Hyatt Place at Times Square was a great stay for us (2) as we enjoyed the walkability to midtown from the hotel and the overall stay. Room was rather spacious with a clean bathroom. "It was a nice clean room and was convenient to everything. Quiet enough. The only incident we had was in the rooftop bar on saturday night 9/13/25. We were given last call and we ordered a round. Immediately after it was served, a worker came and stood by us and was muttering under his breath "midnight" repeatedly. It was obvious he wanted to leave and did not think he could until we finished our drinks. Creepy and uncalled for. Obviously there was a lack of management. The service otherwise was fast and courteous. All of the staff we met were very courteous. "
