Enjoy a stylish experience at our centrally-located apartment. Whether it's for a night away or for a few days working remotely we welcome you to our space. Fully Furnished and stocked second floor unit with basic essentials we hope you can make yourself at home here. PLUS, in appreciation, we include admission in to the Award winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details.
The space
Cozy up in this colorful 1 bedroom flat. Fully furnished with a Plush Queen Bed and Queen sofa sleeper. Stocked with basic kitchen essentials for cooking a nice meal and coffee provided. Stocked bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. For guests with little ones we provide a Pack N Play (listed as a crib) Also access to free on site parking.
Guest access
Guest has access to the entire private apartment. Shared Courtyard. Reliable Wifi. Washer and Dryer in unit and onsite parking.
Other things to note
For guests needing assistance with checking in after 10:30pm, call your host and co-host & please allow them at least 1 hour to respond.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $45 non-refundable pet fee. This helps us keep our cleaning standards. Pets are also required to be crated if left alone while you are gone.
