Breakfast was over priced and limited parking in the front when we were told not to park in the back. The person that checked us in told us that we are not to park in the back and there should be parking in the front due to their customers are from southwest and they don’t own cars. Parking charges per day is $17.38.

Great hotel if you’re flying in and out of Dallas Love airport. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, all the amenities you would need. The shuttle bus gets you to and from the airport in minutes.

Staff’s politeness is a hit or miss. Cameron was wonderful and accommodating. I was disappointed that this newish, modern hotel does not have the technology to tap to pay, so I had to go get a credit card. Furthermore, I became very annoyed that housekeeping walked in our room 9:30 in the morning. I reported this to the front the front desk staff with the mohawk. He did not care or apologize for the incident, he just made excuses. So two out of the three desks staffs’ interactions were stank, not so hospitable attitude.

Nice but typical airport hotel. Room was nice but no frills. Hot food available for late arrivals and early breakfast, which is convenient. Some restaurants and fast food within walking distance.

What I like about the property is the close proximity to the airport and the convenience of the hotel shuttle. The property is safe and moderately clean.

Good value close to Love Field.
Staff was amazingly helpful; unexpectedly convenient parking. Beautiful spaces. Bar was out of many standards but still a nice place to be.

Great location
Very close to Dallas Love Field. Convenient. Surprisingly quiet. The bed was not as comfortable as I was expecting. It was too firm for me. Others probably like it best. First impressions from staff were excellent!!

Did not tell us there was a charge for self parking in an open lot on the hotel property. When confronted with the charge the front desk was not helpful and belligerent. Hotel was ok as far as location and amenities, but if customer service is poor it ruins the whole experience.

No hot water. Forced to take cold shower before my flight, which was the start of my vacation. Also, the soap dispenser was empty in the shower. Paid decent amount to stay here, thinking great hotel to kick off my vacation. Very disappointed.

Great location! It is just ten min away from the Dallas Love Field Airport. The only recommendation I have is need more parking.

Nice, New, Close to Love Field
I appreciate the shuttle taking me to the airport and picking up my daughter. Very friendly and accomodating. All the staff was extremely friendly. Super close to Love Field.

Our friends truck got broken into the police never showed up. The hotel never even cared that it happened. Had to have it towed. Missed our flight. Very disappointing.

Easy check-in, staff very courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean. TV had a lot of channels to choose from. Happy Hour was nice. Would recommend this hotel to others Dislikes. Sound on TV was not working properly. Overhead lights over bed did not work. Bar tender didn't seem to be interested in serving customers spent too much time talking to customers. Not enough parking spaces.
