I paid over $200 for a dirty room and bathroom . Slippery bathtub. No accommodation and no microwave. The only helpful people were the valet guys.

We had an amazing stay at The Fairmont in Dallas to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, everyone we came in contact with went out of their way to go above and beyond in customer service. This was our first experience at a Fairmont Hotel and was by far the best hotel experience we ever had. Jack F and Philip P especially deserve recognition for outstanding service. We are from Chicago and will make it a point to stay at The Fairmont Dallas again! Superb hotel!!

Our Room was next to the elevators , we could not sleep, no directions or welcoming , didn’t specify that we had to have valet parking to find a park , and we were hungry the restaurant had a long line , at checking in no information about where to eat reservations inside the hotel it next day breakfast times or options , only here’s your key there’s the gym and there’s the pool

Most unremarkable Fairmont I have ever stayed in. Staff was adequate but surprisingly not as engaging as would be expected. Pillows were old and lumpy- not the down and feather mix expected of a top tier hotel. Bed sheets felt old, as if they had ”pilled” or otherwise needed replaced but saw in the morning it was actually the mattress and mattress pad that was old and covered in little pill bumps. Truly unacceptable once again for what was spent, and for a Fairmont. Parking is very expensive and attendant put my bags on top of my protective convertible trunk spacer almost crushing it. I don’t mean to sound elitist, but it is a minimal expectation of staff of what is a Fairmont. The front desk staff never asked about my stay when I checked out I and when I checked in I was not greeted before standing there and saying something to make my presence known. Just an odd experience and will not ever recommend nor will I be back..
