"We arrived very late at night and were met by a very friendly man on reception. He informed us that he had chosen to move our room to give my rather large 11 year old son a proper bed rather than a sofa bed, which we were very grateful for. Unfortunately, this meant that we lost our sea view room. As we were staying only one night, this wasn’t really an issue. Our room was fine, but we found the beds very hard, the pillows were lumpy and we had what seemed like a single sheet on the double bed....
