"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were kind, thoughtful and very friendly. We felt very safe, we felt comfortable letting our pre-teens have the freedom of the hotel grounds. "Yonca Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so attentive and kind. The beach is beautiful--we especially enjoyed watching the sailboats. Kids would love it, as they can choose between the pool and the sea. I loved eating outside, and the food was wonderful. My husband particularly appreciated the bartender. Many of the staff spoke English."

On reflection may have preferred a patio rather than the balcony as the balcony was only tiny with no room for furniture. Would definitely return"

Unfortunately, the area is very noisy at night so unable to sit and relax on the balcony in the evenings without hearing karaoke and competing bars nearby playing loud music.
