Hotel was empty and extremely was overpriced, they wanted to charge us extra for our friend who showed up to surprise us $140 euro after we paid $450 for our room, then after discussing with management they refunded us for that. Arrived to broken jacuzzi had to be fixed. The facility views are beautiful but not luxury for the price. No milk when asked. Most workers did not speak english. Alot of spider webs in our bathroom. "Hotel was great staff was great. Area around it was a tourist trap, you need a car or taxi to find anything worth doing. My only suggestion is offer more premium drinks at the hotel. All the alcohol was the cheapest possible. "
"Everything is amazing about this resort. It’s great for families with children of all age range. There’s plenty of food options for lunch breakfast and dinner. There’s plenty of snack bars around the resort. You can literally spend your entire stay without leaving the resort. "Great location if you’re leaving on a ferry to Rhodes. Room good comfortable bed & pillow. A little noisy at night as your right on the waterfront but didn’t keep us up for long. The bathroom is clean although the shower grotty from mould. Hardware like bedside table and bathroom vanity tacky & peeling. One night enough! "
"Unfortunately I left the hotel after 1 night. Would have left the same night I checked in but was too late. The hotel property is just super outdated so I didn’t feel comfortable staying there at all. Felt like one of those airport hotels and not a comfortable stay in a beautiful town. However, the one good thing was the staff, they were absolutely amazing and super attentive. And if you have a car they are happy to park it for you so you don’t have to worry about street parking! "

"I have no complaints. I recommend everyone to stay here if your looking to stay and Calis Beach. Theres so much to do in the area. Staff were very helpful and kind. If your gonna stay, book a sea view room. Views are amazing Breakfast was stunning every morning. Wifi connection was good. We'll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

- Nice welcome, asked if we wanted any drinks and took us to the room herself
- Gave us early check-in since we arrived early
- Staff often asked if we needed anything and were attentive (eg all the waiters, even though I only told one, looked out for cats when they knew I was afraid of them during dinner)
- Great food (breakfast assortment and meatballs dish for dinner)
- Great service (only place in turkey over a two week stay that actually refills your water at breakfast and dinner at no cost. Thank you for valuing hydration! Lol)

- Loud music all day (except breakfast and dinner)
- Bathroom smelled weird!
- Shampoo, conditioner, and gel were previously used and not newly sealed
- Some of the larger sun beds were not cleaned and had traces of light dirt
- Pool had some hair and mold in different places, including pool chairs
- Inferior cleaning in general
- Spa services available but all pricey and were not described online
- Windy roads and far from the city if that’s not your thing
- Weak wifi, air conditioning, and fridge
