"This hotel likely had not been stayed at in at least a year. The owner was also not aware we were coming after we had made the Expedia booking. He was very kind and made it work, but this hotel, as well as the entire neighborhood around it, is completely run down and looks as if the town was shut down a decade ago. "Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service."
