This is a small but quaint hotel. It does have an elevator, which is helpful. The air conditioner will take a while to cool down the room. The front desk staff is very helpful in carrying luggage, and info on where to eat. The room is very clean and well maintained. The only thing I did not like is that the shower has no curtain, nor partition from the toilet and sink, so everything gets wet. I had to use an extra towel to dry up the floor and sink counter and toilet. Other than that, it’s a nice room.

Near the airport about 5 mins drive and you can arrange pick up and drop off with the hitel staff. The room was clean and spacious and have all the necessary toiletries you’d need. They also have a massage chair on the reception you can pay and use which was great and a mini grocery should you need something quick! Staff are so friendly and helpful esp Loiue! Thank you for accomodating all my requests appreciate it :)

Do not stay here! The young man at the front desk tried very hard to be helpful but the “boss” refused. The hotel did not book the airport shuttle as promised. The room was blistering hot and when I asked for a simple sheet to sleep under instead of a heavy duvet, the manager refused. The water in the shower never got hot at night but was ok the next morning. The whole area is dirty and sketchy. Grab doesn’t even deliver food here and there is almost nothing close to walk to and eat. I stayed here to be close to the airport but next time I am in Hanoi, I will stay at a real hotel and ride ten minutes longer to the airport. My whole trip to Vietnam for two weeks was so perfect except for this sketchy “hotel”. Zero stars!

空港から近い。部屋のエアコンもちゃんと効く。 雨が降っていたら、ロビーのスタッフが傘をさしてくれた。 いずれも最高! なお、滑走路の直ぐ側なので、飛行機の離陸音はうるさいですw 気になる人は耳栓して寝ましょう。

新しいので部屋はとても綺麗。アメニティもひと通り整っている。 ファミリールームでキングサイズ2台に4人宿泊。大人2人寝ても充分なベッドの広さ。 シャワーは仕切りや湯船がないので、洗面トイレに水が飛び散る。 （ハノイに比べたら、近くにあまり飲食店がない。売店も小さいのが数店舗あるが価格表記がなく、観光客価格と住民価格を使い分けている感じ。） 飛行機を乗るための繋ぎとして宿泊するには便利なホテル。空港からGRABで5分〜10分。早朝でもすぐにつかまるし問題なく移動可能。
