Little Riverside is the perfect combination of boutique hotel (not too big, personalized feel with super friendly staff [May, Rose, & Emily in particular stand out]) while also offering ALL the convenience of a resort-like hotel (booking excursions, transport to & from the airport, a fantastic cooking class, etc etc.) I would *happily* stay here again, and recommend it to anyone I know.

Amazing hotel that really delivers. Great location and amenities at the hotel and in the room. Best part by far was the friendly staff who made our stay like a home away from home. Highly recommended.

We had a river view suite, and it was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed having a sitting area, and we loved the river view. The boats on the river are noisy in the early evening, but late evening and mornings, the room is quiet. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed taking breaks from the heat there and having drinks and even lunch poolside. Breakfasts were varied and delicious, with buffet offerings that included both Western and Asian options. We went for massages at the spa twice, and had wonderful treatments by Carol, Mary, and Jasmine. All the staff were excellent: helpful, attentive, and courteous. A special shoutout to May, Aimee, and Brian. We loved the charming decor of our room and the hotel, in general, and we thought the location was ideal, being a little bit outside of the hubbub of Old Town, but still a very close walk, either along the river or along the street. The only negative was that the security alarm on the doors was so sensitive, it was necessary to shut the door quite hard the first time and not double check by trying the door again. We weren't the only ones on our floor with this issue, and it sometimes made for a bit of a disturbance.

The property features distinctive Asian furniture and decorating. The atmosphere is sophisticated. The breakfast was a 1st class buffet. The staff is well trained and extremely attentive. This is a really classy boutique hotel.

Little Riverside is on the river so the views from the rooms, restaurant and pool are incredible. We loved that it was easy walking to the tourist center, but 7 min or so away so definitely a quieter and gentler vibe. Excellent staff, firm mattresses, decent spa and food.

Lovely hotel in great location
Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Hoi An. Wonderful helpful staff. Min helped us plan activities and offered great local suggestions. Massages in the spa were amazing. Highly recommended Leanne and Vin! Comfortable beds and good breakfast selection. Relaxing pool environment. Ended up extending our stay we loved it so much.

It was unique that the layout of the hotel and rooms was fantastic, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the spa staff was very competent. We will be coming back directly to this hotel in the future.

I will always stay at the Little Riverside Hotel when I visit my favourite city in Vietnam. I want to specifically compliment two particularly attentive and helpful hotel receptionists: Jack and Aimee. They are both so pleasant. Always smiling, extremely friendly, hard working and eager to please each guest at the hotel. Only one minor complaint - provide more free bottles of standard drinking water. Two a day is not enough, and it's annoying to discover at check out that I drank the "wrong" - read expensive mini bar - water after the modest allotment of two free bottles were finished. That's a very small thing, though. The hotel is excellent in every way!

Highly recommend the Little Riverside Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel is in a great location, all the staff are amazing especially Aimee, Amber and Sara. The spa was wonderful and good value for money. Can’t wait to return.

This was our second stay at the Little Riverside. Love the location, rooftop pool, lovely rooms, breakfast buffet - but most of all the super friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble, close to the tailors, spas and market. Shout out to Jenny and all her team - Aimee, Min, and Amber especially.

Little gem in Hoi an
The minute we arrived at hotel, we were met by May, the receptionist, who was wonderful, very professional and full of recommendations for us to try. 2 tours, 2 restaurants and a tailor's shop later, we had a great time. First time in Hoi an but when we return, would love to go back to same hotel. Big thank you to all the staff but especially to May. 👍

From check-in to checkout the service at Little Riverside Hotel was first class. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, helpful and fun. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is convenient and a short 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town. The breakfast was amazing with an overwhelming selection of going, all fresh. We are dinner one night and the food was great and reasonably priced. Special mention to manager Min, Rosie and Sara in the restaurant who were always asking how we were and if we needed anything. Great Vietnamese hospitality Don't think about it just book a room. You won't be disappointed.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Service was first rate. Always there for their guests but never pushy about anything. The room was beautiful and clean. A quiet location outside the bustle of the old town but close enough to walk there quickly. The breakfast buffet was great, with local, other Asian and western offerings. The only downside was the restaurant, whose food (besides breakfast) was lackluster. But that was not a big issue since there are numerous places to eat within a short walk from the hotel. They offer a ride to and from the Da Nang airport or train station, which we would recommend asking for.

The staffs was okay. We arrived at the hotel around 7 pm. There was no one there to help us with our luggage. The desk clerk gave us room 204, which was on top of the kitchen, and dining area. During that time they had a live band singing. We can hear everything from the room. I went downstairs and told the desk clerk about the room noise, and asked for another room that’s away from the kitchen. She gave me room 304 which was only one floor up, but still on top of the kitchen. At 5:30 am you can start hearing the noises from the kitchen staff. The hotel in general is cute. We had the riverside view. The room however is under par… The floor is sticky. The towels is old, you can see the thread coming out. When you shower the water leaks to the toilet.
