"John was an amazing host at the villa. He helped us find some great places for food and drink that were less touristy, and was great to visit with during happy hour. Our room was pretty small and was in need of some minor repairs, but was great as a place to sleep and shower. We would stay there again, but would request a king size bed instead of a twin and full size."

"Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."

Upon arrival I went to wash my hands and there was no water. My fiancé looked underneath the sink and the pipes were not connected. Neither the microwave nor stove worked either. The cords were either hidden or the outlets were covered up. It was a fake kitchen! I only booked this property and paid more because it included what I thought...

"We showed up for our reservation at 1pm and they did not have any record of it despite us receiving an email 2 days before saying “ get ready for your stay” with some check in details. After calling several times into expedia and them trying to contact the “host” of the property they were never able to get in contact with them (voice mail, expired number, & the wrong number all occurred). "This place is a scam. No vacancy when I arrived. I had already paid for the reservation. "

It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities.
