"Clean room. Lots of parking. Close to amenities. Excellent place to stay for a couple of days."

"We have stayed here before but would not want to stay in the same room (25) again. The neighbours in the adjoining room were noisy and disturbed our sleep with their loud talking, especially when they returned to their room at 1.15am. The walls are thin and extra noise comes through the connecting door. Reception was very helpful and friendly on our arrival"

"The property was clean & comfortable, walking distance to shops and cafes. There could have been more kitchen utensils, eg. a small juice squeezer, more large chopping boards. The exhaust fan over the hotplates, needed cleaning. The small backyard had not been swept of leaves for quite some time, constantly walking through the thick layer of leaves to get to the back door. We were unable to use the car park outside the garage door, due to another "P" plate car parked there the whole time we occupied the townhouse. We were told we could use that car park at the time of booking. We did enjoy our stay at 55 Sarre Street, Gungahlin overall."

"Totally unsuitable for rent. Empty and half full food containers strewn around. Frozen scraps in freezer. Owner's personal items throughout apartment, patio and all storage spaces. Filthy. Difficulty obtaining keys. Walked out - didn't stay. Detailed email and photos sent to Vrbo. No reply. Haven't been offered compensation or refund. Will never book this type of accommodation again."
