Location is pretty good. Everything is close in Canberra so can’t really go wrong. Room was tidy but coffee table could’ve done with a proper clean. Overall not bad but probably stay somewhere else next time. On site parking is good.

Staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was disappointing , the lounge is miss shaped. Walls are thin could hear the neighbours tv ALL night including conversations. The room needed a good paint there were scuffs everywhere. Even what looked to be food ( I hope) on the wall. I can’t speak for the other rooms but mine was overall horrible to stay in. Location is great tho.

Our TV in the main area didn't work. Unfortunately we were in the room that was above the pool and on our second night there were people down in the pool area making alot of noise quite late. Other than that all was good

We stayed in 2BR apartment. Hotel definitely needs upgrading. Shower in main room either freezing or boiling. Much better in other room but still temperamental. Found pubic hair in the bath. Beds need replacing as sagged off to one side. No blankest/doonas on beds, the “spare” blanket was disgusting (1 doona with no cover and covered in yellow stains). Also, one blanket for a room that holds 4 ppl is a bit ridiculous! Washing machine was super convenient, spacious lounge area. Kitchen good but a few dirty dishes in the cupboards and could do with an update. Lights flickered on and off randomly in the room Pool was nice. Didn’t see any staff except at check in which was super easy. Staff member was friendly. Overall, ok but probably wouldn’t stay here again

The check in gentlemen was exceptional thats where the exceptional level ended. Its badly in need of new furniture ,beds, and renovation although cleaned well by the staff its not a go to stay. Affordable by Canberra standards it could be great if investment was made in renovation

Room was cold but comfy with air conditioning on. Nice king bed but sure could use warmer bedding. Bathroom clean and tidy but the shower very small. Should an upgrade be considered in the future increase the shower space and loose the triangular bathtub.
