Welcome to your 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse located in Gungahlin! This inviting place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: Bathroom 1 - Toilet and shower Bathroom 2 - Toilet, shower, and bath Bathroom 3 - Toilet
We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The lounge room TV is connected to a Chromecast. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The driveway can fit up to 1 car. There is also limited free street parking.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

This superb 3BR townhouse is only a 950m/3 min drive to Town Centre! A lot of nearby shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and only a 400m/2 min drive to Gungahlin Medical Centre!

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

1. Check-in / Check-out - Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.
2. No Smoking or Pets - Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.
3. Cleaning - The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only - Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events - Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children - Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.

Great location, nice walk into coffee shops and restaurants. Easy tram ride to city.Roomy townhouse for family of 5, including full size kitchen, and study for quiet wfh.Really enjoyed walk to pick up coffee in the mornings and then sitting out in sunny, private and quiet courtyard.Would be happy to stay again.

Outdated electric equipments and damaged white goods. Poor maintenance, shower has algae around the trims, leaky bath basin tap, rundown toilet seats, noisy squeaky floor boards. Stained and worn out carpets, filthy cushions on bed, stale dusty smell in the house, dusty old dried diffusers everywhere. At arrival time found the front door wide open. Over grown pathways.
