"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. "Robert on reception was accommodating when I arrived around 11pm to no restaurant being open… that was a long day/drive… all staff friendly and helpful. The only negative was I couldn’t pump the shower gel as the metal case was in a weird spot… great breaky. "
