"Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Convenient location. The property looks nice. But some parts need a deep clean. The stairwells needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom was generally clean, but corners needed cleaning, the shower curtain needed to be washed and the tile floors were sticky because of too much cleaner being used. "

"There was a weird chemical smell as soon as we got into the hallway for the rooms. When we got into the room, it appeared to be clean, until we pulled back the covers, only to find pubic hair in the sheets. We immediately left & told the front desk, she was unable to give me a refund & it took me fighting with hotels.com & the hotel manager LeBron for 4 days, before a refund was finally issued! Avoid this hotel & hotels.com at all costs!!"

"It was just a over night stay but we had dinner at the restaurant inside of the hotel. It was very good but way overpriced"

"Huge shout-out to Tanner! Even though I didn't eat breakfast, his enthusiasm and energy were contagious and made my day. He was just as wonderful with all the other guests, too. Also, a big thank you to the team for helping me track down my forgotten AirPods and sending me the link to ship them home. Helpful, energetic, and kind staff!"

"Everything was great. My only complaint is that they don't clean your room daily so we ran out of towels and needed the trash taken out. Other than that my family and I loved it."

"Parking was easy. We couldn't turn down the heater but we were able to turn it off. Only thing we didn't like was when you turned off the lights everything turns off including tv and lamps and you couldn't turn anything on unless you flipped the lights on again."
