"Staff very helpful and able to deal with all questions. Good breakfast made to order and very good dinner in hotel restaurant. Free parking is available all along the street; all local amenities are easily accessible on foot. The internal fabric of the hotel is rather tired and worn, and would benefit from some refurbishment; fixtures and fittings show some - largely cosmetic - wear and tear which might be better maintained. This would make it more aesthetically attractive."

"Fabulous place to stay. Bedrooms very high standard. Breakfast pre ordered and delivered to your room at the requested time. You can change your choice each day but we kept it the same. Staff were very friendly and checked with us that everything was ok and did we need anything more. If we are this way again I will definitely book this again. Parking was easy as the main street has loads of parking."

"This was the perfect base for our group of 6 friends to explore Bute. Host’s communication was proactive and clear, check-in really smooth and the property as expected. We loved the sea view from the living room. We’d be back again without hesitation!"
