The property has recently been renovated and is now a luxurious and spacious 4 bed / 3 bathroom house. Ideal for large families wanting a peaceful break away, just a stone throw from the beach, lovely local walks & nearby pubs and restaurants.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, you have 4 double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with ensuite, and plenty of space to relax as there is a large open plan kitchen/ lounge area, dining room and separate lounge.
Outside there is ample parking to the front and a fully enclosed large garden to the rear with patio area, seating, bbq & hot tub.
Located in West Runton between Cromer and Sheringham - Sheringham is walking distance and can be walked to in 10-15 minutes or 5 minutes by car, and Cromer 10 minutes by car in the opposite direction. Nearby you also have the picturesque town of Holt, Blickling hall nearby, as well as many other lovely towns along the coast.
