"Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small...

"The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment."

"Very friendly staff, room was very clean & beds exceptionally comfortable. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant, these were of the highest quality and thoroughly enjoyed! The breakfasts were also high quality food served by pleasant staff. It was a pleasure to stay there plus enjoyed meeting the 3 dogs! "We had a beautiful 2 night stay here, pretty little village but close to a beautiful shingle beach. Sharon on the front desk was amazing, she offered us an upgrade which made the time very special. Food was amazing too, breakfast kept us going til the mid afternoon! Can highly recommend the veg tagine to share on the evening menu. Ideal spot for exploring the north Norfolk coast. "

"Property has an incredible view of the sea and takes just 1 minute to get down to a lovely quiet beach. Staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfy and shower worked really well. The cleanliness of the whole complex was very good.The pool looked amazing but unfortunately we didn't pack our swim stuff!
