"The location was very good. Easy walk to Barbican. The park was right up the street. The room could have been cleaner. The air vents were full of dust. When we brought this to the staffs attention they immediately cleaned it. The carpet could have used a good cleaning. The restaurant was lovely. The view was spectacular and the food was very good. "Hotel does need some maintenance doing, our room had some damp in a patch in corner. flakey paint on wall in bathroom. At breakfast there was a bulb going in the main light which was flashing all the time we were having breakfast. Fire exit handle was broken in restaurant and fire extinguisher needs looking at. Food at breakfast was very nice 👍"

Boringdon Hall Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent
"Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back"
