"The hotel was somewhat dated but very clean and very comfortable. The mattress for the pull out is old Customer service was above excellent at Mosaic. I understand a revamp is coming. "

"What stood out to me is HOW nice the staff were. I stayed two nights because it was in walking distance to the pick up for Boots and Hearts and the staff were incredibly lovely. Also, I have to mention that they had a large mini fridge and microwave in the room (I hardly find a fridge in hotels these days, let alone a big one and a microwave!). The included morning breakfast was good and was refreshed frequently by the staff. The hotel itself had a bit of a smell, but what are you going to do. The staff though were absolutely lovely, big shout out to them! I'd stay here again."
