"Rooms were disgusting. There were waters stains in the roof. Furniture looked like it was picked up from a trash bin. Front lobby was disgusting and hotel looked like it was deserted. The breakfast was horrible and eggs uncooked. I have stayed here in the past and it was never this disgusting. I would take this hotel off your referral list. Management said they would switch me rooms but I was afraid of what I would have been moved too. Worst experience ever. Staff didn’t even acknowledge when people came in lobby. "

"We got to the property late and the doors were closed. Took me awhile to figure out I needed to call 0 to be let in. Place did not smell pleasant. Room was clean but had a musty smell. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I asked for more and there was none available. No towels in the room. We had to walk downstairs to the front desk to get some. Would never stay there again. I guess if you just want somewhere very basic to lay down for a night it works."

"I was on my way to the Collingwood area for a business meeting, and booked this hotel last minute. Good price, clean hotel and room. The gym is small and some of the equipment was not working. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again. Please fix the gym equipment and add a couple of yoga mats. Thanks!"
