The condo was clean modern and spacious! Very quiet and the view of the ski mountain was amazing! Jaccuzzi wasnt hooked up , disappointing ,would have been the icing on the cake after a day of walking around the village!

The condo needs a lot of work, there were holes everywhere in the walls, looked like it was in rough shape and the fridge smelled awful. The room with the double bunk bed had hardly any heat it in it. I expected more from this rental.

Had a great couple days at Chateau Ridge with the family. We booked very last minute (the day before) and stayed two nights. The place was VERY roomy and clean. The instructions on house rules were very clear and easy to follow. There was contactless check in and check out. They answered all my questions via text message and responded quickly. Very happy with our stay and will be back again.

Our stay at Chateau Ridge was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly - from the initial contact before our arrival, our check-in process, during our stay and the day we checked-out. We really appreciated all the helpful info that was provided via email, text and the house manual available via QR code. The place was incredibly clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was perfect for our group (4 adults and 2 children). They really thought of everything - we didn't need to bring anything aside from the food we wanted to cook! We would definitely recommend Chateau Ridge to others. We can't wait to come back! Thanks Chris & team for a wonderful experience.

Fireplace was great. Kitchen was well equipped except no coffee! One high wall had marks of food or vomit on it and should have been cleaned or painted, disgusting looking.

The condo was lovely inside- up to date, clean and noise proof! The unit is perfect for couples but also great for family. We had alot of snow during our stay and snow removal in walkways was not completed early which was a bit of an issue and the walkway also got icy later on. The only issue inside the unit was the coffee maker keurig did not function properly and the BIG gorgeous windows looking out to the mountain was very dirty upon arrival. Would be nice to be able to enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend and book again!!
