It’s private, and the beds are super comfortable, the sheets are like butter, very comfortable. Property owners are top of the line awesome people! "My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend for a wedding. The location was perfect (short drive to Newport and just minutes to the venue in Portsmouth). Check in was an easy process and the host was great at responding to messages quickly. We loved the small touches like the towel warmer, espresso machine, and patio area. The design of the space is great too!"

"The property was very clean. Bedding/beds were extremely comfortable and a beautiful new kitchen equipped with washer and dryer.My only negative feedback is the following:1. No dresser in either bedroom, so if we were staying longer than a long weekend I would need more space for clothes. There are closets in each bedroom with limited hangers.2. The is no stovetop or oven, in an otherwise very well appointed beautiful kitchen. It would have been nice to be able to prepare breakfast a morning or...
