"Loved this property. It was gorgeous and the room very spacious and well-appointed. Set in quiet residential setting. There was however absolutely no management present on the property the entire visit and when I tried to contact them through two different phone numbers about a late checkout there was no response. Then I received a text from a different phone number (the cleaner, I think) saying my key was not in the location it was supposed to be at checkout time. She was very kind and apologetic and said the owners were traveling. This was more like a shared airbnb experience than it was a hotel, which is fine, but they should call it what it is. I will probably try again as it’s close to where my daughter lives."

"This is an excellent location for Waterfire, which we could see from our room and access easily. Good strolls and delicious food all very nearby in the lovely downtown that is Providence. Would recommend!"
