Book a County Donegal Cottage

"Family friendly and great location "

"Great property!! Excellent host. We had such a great time here!"

"We are a family of six, four children and myself and husband. This Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with how traditional it is. My children had plenty of fun out back in the huge garden. Most evenings we had a fire blazing in the living room. While we played board games and playing cards. This Cottage is close to groceries store and Bundoran is 20 minute drive. Plus there is beautiful beaches to spend a day at. The owners are fantastic and very...

"THIS is wonderful old Irish Cottage in remarkable location. Great host. This is authentic."

"A beautifully presented property which is modern and spotlessly clean, it’s really well equipped with everything you could require. Shop near by, many beautiful restaurants within 15minutes drive. The beach at Carrick Finn is a must. "

"As good as last time we stayed. Enjoyed time again thanks to Caroline"

"We had a great stay - thank you!"

"My husband, friends and I really enjoyed staying here! We could have just hung out at the house every day and still felt like we were on vacation. We loved being able to walk up to the Smuggler’s Creek Inn pub for lunch or drinks every evening. The whole wall of windows in the main living room facing the beach and letting in so much light were spectacular! The views were incredible!! All the rooms were nicely decorated and the house was well-equipped...especially the kitchen! I believe the only...

"We stayed here for three nights"

"My oh my. This wee cottage was better than I had hoped for. Simple in standing but plentiful in charm, the owner has done a wonderful job in not overcomplicating the property. It had everything we needed for our short break - but it is the spectacular setting with utterly incredible views that really sets this property apart. The heavy clouds in the ever changing sky, the absolute silence and the cool breeze - when it feels like the rest of Europe is burning - all lent themselves to a reset. It...

"Our family enjoyed a serene and very comfortable stay at The Hidden Cottage. It is perfectly located close to many sites along the Wild Atlantic Way, along with easy access to Ardara for all it has to offer. This fully restored Irish byre felt luxurious and gave us a truly authentic northern experience, sheep included! We highly recommend The Hidden Cottage as a place to stay while exploring County Donegal. We did struggle with Google Maps directions to this location though, so we were very...

"Was not clear in the description that the building is actually divided into 3 units. We booked the 3 bedrooms only to realise it's upstairs. And is a big con for a disabled visitor. The flight up is okay but imagine if you can't climb up the stairs! Each bedroom had their tiny individual shower rooms. No hooks for hanging clothes, very tiny space for putting toiletries, or none at all. Had to put on the floor or on the toilet seat. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Kitchen is new and clean. We...

"Teach iontach atá ann. Bhí sé glan agus fairsing. Tá sé suite in áit galánta i dTír Chonaill. Tá an trá congárach don teach agus tig leat amharc amach ag Oileán Thoraí. Molaim an teach seo go cinnte."
