The room was spotless. only thing i would say was there was no bottled water in the room but i seen on our second night they sell it behind reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. The swimming pool was great. it’s a very family friendly hotel. The food was excellent. we will definitely be back again.

The room was very clean but the single bed mattress was a sinking ship. There was a lot of noise from the outside boiler, so not helpful to sleep. It's a pity that they provide a kettle and coffee tea products, however not a single bottle of water to make it. Being a 4 star hotel, they are lacking in star attention. The pool really needs updating, lots of scratches on the feet from damaged tiles and it requires a hat, which we didn't know and you have to pay for it. Breakfast was good, but more towards the 2/3 star standard. Nonetheless, the staff were really friendly and helpful. And when you have free undercover parking you have to be glad about it.

arrived 5pm after travelling all day to find no hot water for shower can't really use swimming pool till after 630 as they have swimming lessons on when shower did work following day it was quite weak/poor the room was roasting hot and really stuffy-no heating on-not sure why but really uncomfortable food in restaurant was really good staff helpful and pleasant
