"Excellent location. Only one block away from the lake as well as from the Michigan avenue (shopping area). Our room was nice and clean. I should not say room, it was like an one bedroom apartment without a kitchen. The management was very nice."

"After a very quick and efficient check-in, we were given complimentary Waters and a $25 voucher to use at the restaurants and bars, which I thought was a very nice touch. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and good size as well. The food at the restaurant was fabulous. Drinks were great and you can't beat the location! All in all very happy with my stay and will definitely stay again!"

"The only thing this hotel had was a view. Dirty room, mold, holes in ceilings. Odd vent in shower. Not enough breakfast for everyone. The AC was broken and the room was uncomfortable. My husband went and asked for another room but they were full. I excepted a lot more for what we paid. "
