All the hotel provided soaps and lotions are heavy scented dollar store brands. Pack your own. No maid service until late in the day, after 3:30pm. We had to vacate room for housekeeping after just getting back. Luxury looking property, but skimping on details. Clearly there’s not enough staff to cover the required rooms. Every member of staff was exceptional, they were just clearly overwhelmed. "
