"Barthroom door handle was missing which gave us no privacy. Main door handle don’t always open takes maybe the 10th try to open it. "

"The hotel has 2 pools in the winter. My kids loved the pools. The craft table was fun along with other events. Some issues win the room which staff fixed but it’s kind of a pain to deal with that on vacation. We also had to wait over an hour for pool towels so maybe bring your own"

And a mess of people’s trash and used towels everywhere. Elevator to second floor was broken. Rooms were clean but bed was very uncomfortable. "
