"This was one of my better experiences in a vacation rental property. When we arrived everything was in order and actually clean! (Which has not always been my experience with other places we’ve stayed.) The hosts were great, responsive, and considerate. While we happily had very little need to communicate because everything was going so well, they were quick to respond when we did message them.It’s a great location too, close to plenty of the tourist things we wanted to do! There are restaurants, a theater, and shopping all very close by.The kids loved having a room to themselves where they each got their own bed and, to their utter delight, it had a tv. I’m surprised I was able to get them out of there they were having so much fun. They’ve been asking to go back since we left!Overall we had a wonderful experience here and would absolutely consider staying here again if we’re ever able to come back to the area."

"The bed was horrible. Bouncy and really needs to be replaced. The room is dated, but clean and okay for the price. The bathroom was clean. The heating/AC unit is very loud. You can hear the highway from the room. I was so exhausted that none of that mattered once I fell asleep. The front desk clerk was not very inviting. She did her job, but didn't seem very pleasant. Maybe it was a bad day for her. The breakfast was way more than expected. That was the upside."

"We found out after a long hike to our room that the front of the building is all lobby and restaurants and conference rooms. If your room is on the first floor you need to walk away is to get to the elevator. And if your room is on the second floor that is actually the same for as the lobby. We hiked and packed all of our gear all the way around to the back of the building and found our room and put our stuff away and then walked back to the front of the hotel to get in our car and drive it around back. Where there's a door right next to an elevator 30 ft from our room. The desk clerk check-in would have been great if they could have clued us on the best way to get there."

"This is a gem tucked away in quiet mountain neighborhood. Outdoor area includes a hot tub and table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Comfortable living area including tv with streaming access. Bedrooms are large and bedding is so comfy. Remember there is no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave and various coffee makers to choose from. Plenty of grocery stores/restaurants close by. Additionally they had some gym equipment, a desk/chair and a piano! Hosts communicate well and are accommodating. Highly recommend this property!"
