"Good location to airport, had a few minor problems - the laundry station you need an app and have to load 10$ even if you only Need one load. The key card fob on door happened To run out of batteries so had to wait for maintenance to fix to let us in back in. the early morning shuttles were all booked before we got there so wasn’t able to use the them (uber was 30$) A few lights etc didn’t work in room. Either way it was fine for a one night stay."

"Nice Hotel, just steps from 16th Street and the Convention Center. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, housekeeping was hit and miss for us: Not sure if they were supposed to come in every day or every other day (was never informed), but when they did come in after the second night, the trash was not emptied, so it was still an issue although not a big one. Other than that, a good hotel worth staying at."

"Do not stay at this hotel. The experience was very disappointing from start to finish. Parking on Expedia is advertised as $10, but the hotel actually charges $16. The rooms are outdated, the WiFi barely works, and parking is very limited. Housekeeping was also confusing because staff do not wear uniforms, so unless they are pushing a cart, you would not know they work there. On top of that, no one tells you that you must reserve a cleaning day in advance. When my room was finally cleaned, they still did not replace the toilet paper or put trash bags in the trash cans. I also paid extra for breakfast, but it was not really a breakfast — just basic items like bananas, bagels, and cereal. Overall, not worth the money and I would not stay here again."
