We had the pleasure of staying in the Rolling Stones suite on our honeymoon. If you are a fan of the Stones, spend the extra money and stay in this room! Hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed in!
Aside from its awkward name, "the Art,a hotel," this property that opened in June 20115 was an absolute delight for my wife, celebrating her 70th birthday, and myself. The room was beautiful, the art on the walls and throughout the hotel is impressive. The one restaurant, "Fire," has a place for everybody, including outside seating in front of a wonderful, gas-driven, real fire. Room service needs to learn how to keep food warm and deliver much quicker. Other than that, this place is a total winner, competitively priced with other upscale hotels in downtown Denver.
Was looking for cheap (realatively) hotel walking distance to conference center. Had never heard of this brand and was more than a littly wary. I liked the modern feel, minimist design. Was just "different" enough from all the other hotels I've stated at to stand out, ie decor, receptionist with extra pircings, but clean, polite and attentive staff and all the usual ammenities. My room faced the local train system and served a nice alarm (at 6AM, when I needed toget up anyway), but they provided ear plugs if you wanted to sleep in.
We usually stay in a larger, less-quaint hotel when we visit Denver. The staff and hotel were both amazing here! The room and bathroom were very spacious, and the bed was so comfy, I had a hard time getting out of it in the morning.
We will be staying at the Magnolia Hotel every time we visit Denver in the future!
A good place to stay in downtown Denver. It is convenient to many restaurants and shops-the 16th street mall.
The Yard House restaurant located in the hotel has good food. The wait staff is very friendly; it is noisy!
Contemporary skyscrapers and the historic Lower Downtown (LoDo) make up downtown. Situated near Coors Field and the Pepsi Center, local bars and restaurants make LoDo the go-to place for Avalanche, Nuggets, and Rockies parties. The Denver Art Museum, Colorado History Museum, Denver Performing Arts Complex, and the I.M Pei-designed 16th Street Mall satisfy the desire for high culture and couture.
