Very clean comfortable and friendly. Did not rent a car because the free bus service just two blocks away made it easy to get toote sights than we had time to see. Tons of different story restaurants and bistros entertainer galore. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Friendly staff.. Lil pricey for valet as an only option if you are driving.. but it is what it is for a bigger city. Rooms are awesome, art is awesome, room service was quick and very accommodating.. Definitely a good stay right outside of downtown craziness but walking distance for sure. I'd recommend staying here at least once..
The facilities of the hotel are pleasant and close to downtown shopping. We were disappointed with lack of amenities such as no coffee downstairs (we were told there is extra coffee until 8:00 am - it was 8:30 so we missed out); the pool remains closed since the last time we were there 5 years ago; after an evening out we met up with friends in the lobby and went to the bar only to find out that last call was made at 10:45 (which the bartender announced as we walked in the door). Last time we were there their was a place to park your own vehicle. This time only valet is an option. The only other option is meter parking or parking garage.
Contemporary skyscrapers and the historic Lower Downtown (LoDo) make up downtown. Situated near Coors Field and the Pepsi Center, local bars and restaurants make LoDo the go-to place for Avalanche, Nuggets, and Rockies parties. The Denver Art Museum, Colorado History Museum, Denver Performing Arts Complex, and the I.M Pei-designed 16th Street Mall satisfy the desire for high culture and couture.
