We had a lot of fun staying at the Curtis Hotel. We lucked out and were able to stay in the Ghostbuster themed room. It was super cool with green moving slime tiles and the even Vigo staring at us in the bathroom! It was a ton of fun and the whole hotel had so much character and personality. We especially enjoyed staying at the hotel with our kids.
The room was clean! We had a great view of the mountains. Walking distance of the theater. The restaurant was wonderful. We had dinner, it was hard to choose, everything sound so good. We also had breakfast the next morning ,again it was hard to choose. All was delicious! !
Conveniently located near the 16th street mall, where I had a seminar. Room was great (I had the king size bed, a slightly larger sq ft room than the queen) and comfortable. Clean, welcoming, staff was great. My friend who came along mentioned to the staff she was lonely for her dog and they brought her a goldfish in a bowl!
"Great location, friendly staff and lots of extras!"
Booked the Magnolia for a short stay and was pleasantly surprised by special services like happy hour, milk and cookies and a delightful breakfast. We also were treated to a ride to our dinner reservation by the hotel car...saved parking or a cab.
We chose this hotel because of a special family occasion being held at McCormick's Restaurant. We loved the location, and found it easy to get around without a car. Restaurants of every kind were located close by within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and we loved the Remington sculptures that decorated the hallways. The Cruise Bar was a great place for a martini, and we loved hearing about the historic details from the staff! We would love to return to Denver, and stay here at this unique hotel!
I have nothing but praise for Hotel Teatro. The staff made me feel welcome and special. I loved that it's a small hotel with a unique decor and atmosphere. Location wise, it was three short blocks to the Convention Center, and a couple of blocks from shopping and dining, so it was very convenient. Everything was great! I'll be back.
Contemporary skyscrapers and the historic Lower Downtown (LoDo) make up downtown. Situated near Coors Field and the Pepsi Center, local bars and restaurants make LoDo the go-to place for Avalanche, Nuggets, and Rockies parties. The Denver Art Museum, Colorado History Museum, Denver Performing Arts Complex, and the I.M Pei-designed 16th Street Mall satisfy the desire for high culture and couture.
