"Comfortable beds and nice-sized rooms that were clean. I liked the fact that it adjoins the Perkins restaurant. I will happily recommend this hotel. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit depressing, but the location is good as it provides quick access to Homer and Cortland."

"There was much dis-repair. Curtains were ripped, carpet on stairs worn through with large holes. Surprised that there was no mattress protector on the bed. Staff was very friendly. "
