The couple in the room next to us was definitely displeased with their room and complained of strong odor. Not sure if it was a "

"The cabin was very nice and the area is beautiful. Very convenient location near shops and restaurants in town, and amazing hikes at the national park. We planned a bbq the first night but unfortunately the propane gas was empty. The host did respond quickly and brought a new one the next day. Also, there were 4 of us sharing only one bathroom, it would have been better if there was one more toilet. Overall it was a good place to stay and I would recommend it. "

"The property is a short walk into town and to Watkins glen state park. Centrally located to easily get to vineyards/ breweries on either side of the lake. Directions for parking and checking in were clear. We brought our pup and Caitlin even provided water and food bowls and treats. Anything you would need for your stay was available. Would definately stay here again if our travels bring us back!"

"I have been a frequent visitor of Ithaca lately as I adopted a dog with a multitude of medical issues and he goes to Cornell for treatment. I wish I had stayed here every visit. However, given that I stayed in 5 other hotels in the area I can pretty confidently say that LaTourelle is one of the best. From the staff to the people that stay there it was a fantastic experience. They more than accommodated Gandalf and I - they welcomed us and fussed over him. The spa is also a wonderful luxury, a not to be missed experience. There are also hotel activities. I can’t say enough. Would recommend to anyone. "
