"Loved the hotel and staff....was kind of in a rough area untill we walked up a couple blicks and then was awesome in tje midst of everywhere youd want to be....the hotel from the outside was completely deceiving as when u opened tje doors its like stepping into some kinda palace! Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable. "Great ambience with a large medieval entry, and timber ceilings. The room was spacious, with double doors overlooking an authentic narrow old Palermo street, filled with the life of locals living nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for a couple of over 60s was the climb up three flights of stairs - a real gym workout to counter all the pasta and pizzas. "
