Very comfortable bed. Location is great. There were not any hot pads or dish towels dish towels. I didn’t get an answer about drinking water until day 3 of our visit. There was one wine glass and the oven was dirty
This place is well located, has indoor parking but you need to let them know. It is walking diatance to most sites. It ia clean, and easy access. And foe thos who need, has great AC :)
Was super clean, modern. Check in was so easy. Gave me a code. Videos to get in. Always reponded fast. Rooftop is beautiful. Lots of close food, bus and trains.
Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Terrace and solarium was a bonus but unfortunately closed after 7pm because of some prior issues which meant we only had one brief visit before we left.
Overall a good stay for an affordable price point. Centrally located, although perhaps in a sketchier part of the town centre. Apartment was clean and spacious. Only downside was the very, very, very uncomfortable sofa bed.
Comfortable and spacious apartment
Very kind and friendly office lady- Greta
Great views and nice sociable space on the shared rooftop
Some minor issues with power sockets and light switches which did not work (1 switch in bathroom, 1 socket in bedroom)

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
- clean, large rooms with a simple kitchen
- ok location for Palermo, all interesting places can be reached easily by foot
- car parking is available
- beautiful roof top
- complicated and miss-leading self checkin instructions
- service personal (when you got him) is far from kindly
Great location by the train and tram station. The apartment looks like new and is well decorated. It is in a heavy traffic area therefore noisy at all time of day or night. Not much can be done about this. I guess this is the price to pay to be at such a convenient location!
The rooftop patio is amazing and provides great views to the city.
The hotel room is big (except for the shower). We had a kitchen also. The rooftop patio was a beautiful spot to spend the evening. Everything in the hotel was clean. It is super close to the central bus and train station. Easy to get to the beaches by bus and walk to a few restaurants. The market just about a kilometer away was so big and great fun! The only downside is the neighborhood was pretty dirty and very loud at night. We made sure we weren’t out late
We needed a place close to the train and bus stations as we did many 1 days trips and that place is perfect. Just few minutes away.
Very quiet. Balcony.TV. AC etc. Big apartments fully equipped with all you need. Even a washing machine with provided washing gel is amazing addition. Well done.
Close to supermarkets and restaurants way cheaper than the city centre. The city center is also on walking distance.
We had a great stay.
The apartment was ideal for us. There was a couple of plug sockets hanging off the wall or not working. Overall it was a comfortable apartment. However, on the 2nd night there was excessive noise coming from the adjacent apartment late at night. I knocked their door and asked them to keep the noise down given it was approaching midnight. There were a number of young boys in the apartment which looked like a "gaming party". I complained to reception and they confirmed that the guests next door had been spoken to. The next night, the same noise level reoccurred after 11pm, so not happy at sleep being disturbed on two of our three night stay.
The apartment is very close to the main station in quite a shady environment where you don't want to walk at night. The rooms are big and the sun terrace is nice. Nevertheless you need to know that you share this terrace and the small whirlpools with around 40 further apartments. Also there is nobody to fill up toilet paper, change towels or anything unless you write a Whatsapp message.
The illumination of the apartment is horrible, the light is just super-white and not cozy at all.
So if you mainly need a big and clean room, you're fine. But I wouldn't recommend it.
As soon as i seen the terrace in the description, I knew I had to book it! I thought it was too good to be true and was preparing for disappointment but no, it was huge, it was scenic, it was sunny and it was all ours!! The apartment itself was ideal for the two of us, it was bright, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items, there was water in the fridge for us also. Staff were friendly and responsive, i had messaged a few days before arrival to see about storing our luggage as we arrived in city at 11am and check-in was not til 4pm, they responded quickly and said they an early check-in may be possible.... it was, we got access from 12pm at no extra cost. After check-in we received several whatsapp messages with local restaurants, bars and attractions and where to get the best cannoli. Check-out was also straight forward. Only thing if had to fault it on something was that the floor could have been doing with a good mopping rather than the run over with a brush that it did get but definitely not enough to complain or put us off. Yes, there are also two hot tubs on the fab rooftop but in all honesty these were only a wee added bonus to our own terrace. They were spotless on our first day but had got a little greasy when we went up on the 3rd day but we didn't mind not using them as that was not the attraction for us. Would def stay again.
The property was fine, clean and felt safe. The staff was friendly. The city and neighborhoods were run down, we would never go back to Palermo. We would fly into and stay in northern Sicily. We drove there and it was very nice up there.
