The location was excellent. Service was nonexistent. No one to assist with luggage for anybody. Welcome bottle of Cava, then charge $5 for ice to chill it. Worst room service food ever.

Excellent location with proximity to main gate and access to old town and attractions. Hotel was very well appointed, clean, and quiet, Hotel bar was very well appointed and service was excellent.

It was a wonderful experience. An immaculate, beautiful and very comfortable room. The breakfast was out of this world and Ana, the concierge front desk, made everything easy and comfortable for us. The best!!

This is a modern slightly quirky, spacious hotel in a great position close to the old town and major sights. Good parking facilities, easy to get to by car. Large breakfast area with a wide range of choice and good quality food. Very limited hot beverages available and machine made. Oddly traditional cereal choice very limited. Nice but atmosphere lacking restaurant. Claimed 5 stars, and probably was but bathrooms looking tired now. Good views from rooms. Staff friendly and very helpful. Would recommend. May 2024

El Hotel esta situado en la major posicion para visitar el casco historico. Estupendo hotel, excelente bar , el trato recibido de todo su personal 5 estrellas, una habitacion muy bien equipada, moderna con todas los detalles para disfrutar.

Property was located within walking distance of the city center with lotsa history from the Roman period to present. VIP access placed us on the top floor with views across the town. Rooms were huge suits with living room and bedroom, large bathroom with jetted tub. Staff provided a bottle of champagne and a personal note. Excellent hotel!

Fantastic experience and great hotel
Very nice hotel at a great location. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was small but had all the amenities we would like on a trip - with a jacuzzi tub in the bath being the highlight. I'd very much recommend this hotel.

Great situation with easy parking.
Nice hotel perfectly situated on the edge of the old town so everything is within walking distance and the hotel has an underground car park. Unfortunately the rooftop bar (and pool) were closed. Unfortunately I didn’t get upgraded for being a gold member and neither did I get the free bottle of wine in my room either.

The best feature was the roof top pool looking over the whole historic city. The hotel itself is perfectly located right in the center of the city making the views impressive and how better to relax after wearing yourself out with all your touristy efforts !

Excellent location, near to the Historic town. Service , cleanliness , food was absolutely fine however…. The room design was very peculiar … The transparent shower door and a glass door to the toilet does not give any privacy. We are a family of three adults, stayed just for one night to visit Old Cordoba. When one of us was using the shower ( with a glass wall/door), the other members of family were very restricted with their movements around the room in order to give a showering person some privacy. It would not be a problem if you stay on your own or for a very open minded couples. The room description should mention the peculiarity of the design for customers with more traditional outlook to the matter of showering and privacy when using toilets.
