"We arrived at this hotel, completely exhausted after a day of travel. We chose this hotel for their airport transfer and breakfast. Upon arrival, the staff was not very welcoming. Check in was not a smooth process and we had to wait for our Expedia reservation to come through. I felt we were intentionally delayed. When my annoyance had become apparent, (30-45 min) we were finally given a room key. I gave the property a 2 star instead of a one because the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. I have a medical condition and have difficulty getting in a comfortable position. and I found the sofa to be quite comfortable. That is where the positivity ends. We requested a wake up call and airport transport and went to bed. I woke up late on my own because there was no wake up call. I was traveling with my mother and she went downstairs 15 minutes before the transport was requested. I finished getting our things together in a hurry and exited the elevator at the time we had requested. No transport. Waited about 10 min and inquired about it. , and she made some calls and told me they had already left, but the next one was arriving in 15 minutes. I sat in the front of the building and watched and waited. 15 min later dek "
