"The location was great, and it was pretty much exactly as I was expecting. Had everything I needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The a/c was not as robust as I'd hoped but that's my only complaint. Would stay here again!"

"What a wonderful hotel walking distance from the airport! So clean and well decorated and the staff was so very kind and helpful. The Social has such a good vibe and great wines. If your flight is unexpectedly cancelled, a stay at the Clarion is a welcome ray of sunshine!"

"Seemed a bit far out when we arrived but once we got our bearings it was close to Tivoli , great shopping centre and bus route 5c into town . Also walking distance to most things ( and we are oldies lol!) Breakfast is sufficiently filling to get you through the day with a lunchtime Danish pastry or snack and happy hour drinks (5-7) cheap as chips …. Tho you may not want to be there between 5 &7!! Beds are super comfy, rooms a bit tight - but hey, great location at good price."

"For someone who had never stayed in a hostel before, I can confidently say this was An incredible first experience! I wanted to challenge myself and try something different, as I wasn’t sure how I would feel about sharing bathrooms. But I honestly had nothing to worry about! The facilities were extremely clean, and fresh towels are provided on arrival, with the option to get more if you need them. I also tried the sauna on my last night and regretted not doing it sooner! Such a treat! The communal spaces were lovely too. I would often sit there with my tea before heading back to my room at the end of the day, which made the whole experience feel really relaxed. The wristband system was also such a great touch. Being able to “pay” with your wristband was incredibly convenient and completely hassle-free. I honestly cannot express how surprisingly good this experience was. If you’re going to Copenhagen and you’re open to trying something new, don’t waste your money on expensive hotels and stay at CityHub! :)"

"Overall, this is a great property and I would highly recommend. A five minute walk away from the metro, mini restaurants/café/bakeries nearby. Area is quiet. While the rooms are nice and the amenities that they provide are good, the ones that are not provided can at times be inconvenient. For example, the rooms do not have kettles, nor is there coffee/tea in the reception. If you need a midday coffee that will cost you 44 kroner. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing when you were comparing cost of properties. Also worth noting that housekeeping does not happen unless you request a day in advance Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful"

"We had an outstanding stay at this hotel! Staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Very welcoming. Amenities and opportunities to gather and socialize were very well done. Comfort of the room was incredible - do yourself a favour and get a room with the amazing window seat! So comfortable and a lovely place to watch the goings on in the square! Easy to find, fabulous neighbourhood with great cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back!"
