We advise all our guests, at the time of booking, to contact us at mail@savoyhotel.dk or call us at +45 53 72 96 47 before 20:00 on their arrival date, as our reception is not open 24/7.- Regarding breakfast options, we provide an Organic Breakfast Bag served from 08:00 – 11:00. Additionally, we offer a Breakfast Buffet at Delphine Restaurant from 07:00 – 10:00 (Mon-Fri) and from 07:30 – 10:00 (holidays & weekends). If a guest informs us in advance of their desire for an earlier breakfast, we are happy to accommodate their request.We acknowledge that implementing a digital app for hotel guests can have numerous benefits, but we also understand that not all guests may find this feature useful. We are flexible and accommodating when it comes to our guests' preferences for using the app during their stay.Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to making the necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience. Dear Simon, our Bunk beds with shared toilet and bathroom is our lowest category of rooms. Some people like it simple and cheap.
