"Has a great location, walkable distance to main shopping street and attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn and others. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extra but the food is delicious, fresh and much to choose from. My only complaint is their pillows, they are very thin and floppy. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Property was great location close to the train station, most spots were walkable from the hotel. Access to the room involved catching a lift to 1st floor then dragging suitcase down a corridor to another lift, not a great hardship."

"We stayed at the Wide Hotel during our first visit to Copenhagen. The location was superb (near city center, Tivoli Gardens and the train station) and the staff gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. My only complaint is that the rooms are really small. We got a deluxe double room and had barely any space. The other thing that was less than ideal is how busy the dining area was for breakfast. I think two hotels share the space and it was crowded! I would probably...

"Great location and wonderful staff. Loved their patios and ambiance. However there is no A/C and opening the bedroom windows makes the room very noisy. "

"The room was so lovely. As was the hot el. You can tell that it's all been recently renovated. The room was dark and moody which helped me get a great night sleep each night. There's a massive window as well which lets in lots of light but has a blackout curtain so the early sun doesn't bother. The room was compact, had what was needed for a short trip. Only complaint would be the mattress topper, it might be the way I sleep but that kept sliding which was very annoying."
