"Hotel was beautiful, staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The beds were amazingly comfortable I wish it was my own bed. Location of the hotel was just further from what we wanted to do like not walkable to anything but easily a short cab ride away. "

"We were very pleased, kind, helpful staff, and a good central location. A modest problem with the shower, in that the water did not drain well. We used the squeegie provided. I didn't mind in part because it would be a big job to fix the problem, tear out the shower floor and ramp it more so that the water would flow down to the drain."

"Our week long stay at Phoenix Copenhagen was wonderful. The entire staff was so helpful from beginning to end and we always felt very well taken of. The room was lovely and cozy, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was a little tricky to get in and out of without a handle to use. Our room was on the street side but very quiet, which was wonderful. I will absolutely stay at this ideal location (close to great restaurants and the Metro) again. "
