"Great place to stay! Stayed 2 nights with my family over school holiday weekend and absolutely loved it. All staff were so lovely, the pub downstairs was super convenient. The beach is literally downstairs with so many kid-friendly places. Looking forward to coming back here soon again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely beach house, just a short, flat walk from beautiful Copacabana Beach. The house was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a cozy fireplace, perfect for our winter getaway.The local community was incredibly welcoming. From the friendly cafés to the convenience store, everyone in Copacabana made us feel right at home. We also highly recommend the Bouddi Coastal Walk starting at Putty Beach - it offered stunning views, was exceptionally maintained by NSW National Parks and was a highlight of our trip."
"The Avoca Beach Guesthouse was perfectly clean and tidy, well-situated a short drive up the hill from the shops and the beach. The bed was comfortable with bedlights. The kitchen was good for cooking meals and the fridge capacious. TV good. Portable radios do not work well (not the owner's fault), but there is digital radio on the TV.

"The house was just not a comfortable place to stay. Apart from the bedrooms, everything was not as clean as it should be. By the time the shower glass is rusted, (looked dirty) it’s time to replace it! Screen door fell off one hour after arrival. I know it’s meant to be a retro house, but it needs a bit more work on it."
