"Clean room, staff were wonderful at least 9 out of 10 were. When I arrived and needed a porter to take my bags in I had to search for one. The person who came out clearly did not like his job. The rest of my stay the staff were lovely, super friendly people and I felt welcomed. Room service food was not good at all. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was raw. My dessert was a dried out brownie My juice didn’t arrive but the delivery person was nice and friendly. Everything else was fantastic. Girls on Reception were welcoming. Check in process was super long though as only one guy on and he had to deal with some disgruntled guests so by the time he got to me he wasn’t happy. Bed was super comfy and made up beautifully by the housekeeping staff. Can’t wait to stay there again for longer next time. "

"Despite being on the hwy the room was peaceful and quiet . For the price this deserves 5 star, the staff were friendly, rooms were spotless and the bed comfortable. "

"A bit confusing to locate since even the GPS was vague. reception is inside the RSL club which was a bit strange. Outdoor parking was pretty full so it's first in best dressed if you want to park near your room. We had a downstairs room, quiet, but cleaning could be improved."
