"Danielle and I (1st time) were there for SPA amenities, the attention of both Spa & Lodge staff was impeccable. Our accommodations (A Villa) was premium. The seafood Cioppino from the restaurant was superb and the cocktail lounge was couch comfortable."
"Its woods and you think your gps sent you wrong way untill you see a christmas tree of lights and hotel city out of no where. The hotel is long and goes with a rapid river. Going to your back yard theres cover for privacy, and the awsome wild river shooting down stream, its huge. So close you could feel the steam on your face. Small food store there and 5 mins away. Food places there and near by have to check the times tho. Best hotel in america i think cuz of natural beauty."
"Old, fixures are falling off the wall, thermostat is hard to find and hard to operate. Mattresses are old and back breaking and you fall inside them. Nothing in the kitchen to help you cook a meal. No firewood ready to light a fire and enjoy the cabin. These are all small things that the host can fix to make the experience 100 times better"
"Evergreen Lodge was a great experience. The vintage cabin we stayed in was decorated very cute. It had an Alexa set up and we played music on that. Everything worked well. The bed was warm. We enjoyed the stove as well and the view from our patio was very beautiful. We ate burgers at the restaurant-/ maybe a little overpriced, but expected. I enjoyed the hot tub that evening. It was a big , but quiet spa - very nice.
We took advantage of the laundry facilities as we are on a three week road trip, which worked great, We highly recommend Evergreen Lodge "
"We really enjoyed our stay. Amazing location - close to tunnel view! Enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi. We cooked our meals, so we especially appreciated the gas stove in the kitchen! Would definitely stay again!"
"The room and exterior in front of the room were not as clean as we would like. It looked like the photos. Although there were no amenities on site, it was jointly owned with a nearby hotel and guests could use the pool and facilities there. It was the only motel unit, and was close to the road, so after it rained, the cars were loud. Definitely a close location for visiting Yosemite. "
