"Nice and quiet property; restaurant with great view. The 2 double room we were in has a sofa that pulls out to a twin. You can park across the street for free. Overall a good value for a good hotel."

Water bottles on arrival. Staff was clean, professional and presentable. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Smelled nice in the building and the room. "

"Great value, super clean hotel, great views, awesome service, delicious breakfast! Special shout outs to Kim and Maria at the front desk. They both went above and beyond to make sure that we were well informed and well taken care of. Kim answered all of our questions and Maria made extra arrangements for us to get a more appropriate room. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were. One request… please bring back the On the Rocks drinks as part of the front desk bar. Also, so sorry to see the price increase for the great salmon and steak dinners. As I have said in prior reviews, those dinners were the best deal in all of Oakland! Very high quality made to order meals for a super reasonable price!"
